After 1.25 yrs it was mellow. Lost no flavor.

Medium body. Not a lot of smoke. Flavorful but maybe a bit one dimensional. Grey ash that gets fairly long (2"+ at times). Always an hour+ per.

Good flavor, mild to medium body. Not tons of smoke, but still enjoyable for more than an hour.
