SocialHumidor is a free tool to log and discuss cigars. By creating an account you agree to the rules below. Don't be a jerk; don't break the law; everything you write is your own.
2 · Your account
One human, one account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your handle. If you lose access, use the password reset flow — we cannot recover passwords for you.
You must be at least the local legal age for tobacco use in your jurisdiction. SocialHumidor is not for minors.
3 · Your content
Reviews, ratings, photos and lounge tips you submit remain yours. By posting, you grant SocialHumidor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the service and in promotional contexts (e.g. featuring a review on the home page).
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to.
4 · Acceptable use
No spam, no harassment, no impersonation, no scraping, no attempts to overwhelm or probe the service. We reserve the right to remove content and close accounts that don't fit the spirit of a quiet, respectful smokers' room.
5 · No warranties
The service is provided "as is". We try hard to keep it up and to keep your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from bugs. We're not liable for any losses that flow from using the site.
6 · Closing your account
You can close your account any time by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your humidor, ratings, reviews and follows. Cigars and lounges you contributed to the catalogue stay (so others can keep finding them).
7 · Changes
We will post updates here and note the new "Last updated" date. Material changes go out by email to active accounts.
