Age/Rest: 68 days. Pre-light: Medium dark wrapper, on the light side for a Maduro. Some veins noticeable, good seams. Cold aromas of young tobacco, earth (topsoil) and woods (cedar? ). The cigar feels loosely packed, distinct colours visible in the foot and a very sloppy triple cap. The Toast: Easy toast given the single torch and windy conditions. The Draw: Loose draw for most of the cigar, middle of the third saw the draw finally tighten up. The Burn: A fast rapid burn through the first and second third. The burn slowed considerably during the final third. A little wavy but not needing any touch ups. The First Third: A bitter start, showing it's young age. Flavours of tobacco, earth and at times wood. The young age hits the back of the throat. The Second Third: The age the tobacco isn't the main focus at this stage, the smoke becomes a little chewy, more of the same flavours, switching the wood profile for a very little medium roast black coffee. The Final Third: The young age returns but this time it's mostly tobacco and earth, by the mid point of the final third, only tobacco. Overall: The cigar is only okay, it's probably best if the cigar isn't the main focus, a somewhat decent chatting smoke, social drinking/gathering some or yard cigar.

fumé conjointement avec un naturel pour apprécier le maduro. maduro est plus amer et laisse plus d'arrière goût. un peu plus corsé. medium body belle fumee moyennement épaisse. gout noisette grillée.
