Even ,bitter “smoke”

Age/Rest: 242 days Pre-light: A velvet like feel on a very dark chocolate brown wrapper. A musty barn aroma, hay and cocoa. A large double cap, tight but visible seams. The Toast: Used a triple torch, resulting in a nice even toast ed been with the breeze. The Draw: A good draw, a little resistance on the draw, creating a good amount of smoke. The Burn: A solid burn line. The First Third: Early on, mostly aged tobacco, hay, grass and a touch of spice that tingles the lips. The Second Third: A smooth dry almost dark cocoa, light earth. The Final Third: Not much change, just aged tobacco, dry cocoa, hay, grass and a little earth, little no spice left. Overall: A nice maduro on a breezy day, doesn't hang around the back of the throat like others.

Nice little stick for a cool day. Dry cocoa, a little aged tobacco, at times a little orange peel pokes through. The flavours are nice through this light to medium bodied stick.
