Plain, uncomplicated. Earthy and leathery from start to finish. Promise of spices in 2nd third that never materialized. Okay for when you want to smoke, but don't want to pay attention to the taste.

Not a bad cigar. Had a sweet tobacco flavor to it, with a chocolate finish. Had a acrid, almost (but not quite) bitter flavor to it. By midway, it smoothed out, with a wood flavor to it. It started tasting hot a little into the final third. Slightly above average, so I'll give it a 3 star.
