un très bon moment passé avec ce cigare, des arômes particuliers de terre et de sous bois, un tirage presque trop bon, une combustion parfaite et une construction correcte au vu du prix, 30min. assez intenses et très plaisantes.

Pre-light: The aroma wasn't overly strong as this was a single stick purchase, slight notes of hay with a very very slight sweet aroma and tobacco. The cigar wasn't perfect in presentation, the wrapper was a little on the light side but it was smooth and well constructed. Toasting: Toasting was a little difficult given the slight breeze, on a calmer day the toasting should be quicker and more uniform. The Light & Draw: Again because of a slight breeze the lighting was far from perfect but the first draw yielded a smooth, creamy and maybe even a very slightly chewy some with hints of dark coffee under cocoa and leathery taste. The draw was ever so slight on the snug side but not difficult at all. First Third: Because of a less than perfect light there was a slight uneven burn but the flavors were never affected. Notes from lighting continued, smooth and creamy hints of coffee and cocoa under a soft leather finish with a slight woody tone, a very light spice developed on the finish near the end of the first third. Second Third: The burn has self corrected and flavours continued to build and develop entering the medium territory by the halfway point in the smoke. Not much change in the flavours just a slight increase in the intensity but still remaining smooth and creamy. The Final Third: A few burn issues popped up, the cigar actually going a couple times from felt and looked like tar and nicotine build up, nearing the end the cigar had bad tunnel that never corrected, it was close to the finger tips and with so little nub left it was time to put it down for good. The flavours came on strong at the end again similar flavours but more into the full bodied version of the flavours. Overall: This was a fantastic mid morning smoke after a warm breakfast. The cigar was paired with my regular coffee and the two seemed to really get along great on the tongue. I had high expectations for this cigar and it didn't disappoint, earning the title of best smoke to date. This cigar should take 40 minutes but I dragged it out to close to an hour. This is a cigar I could easily buy one to three boxes of and let them rest/age for at least 1-3 years (or longer) to further enhance the experience.
