  Short but good overall, med flavor and good burn and construction. Occasional whiff of ancient cabinets they must have been aged in, doesn't sound good when put that way, but it is enjoyable NSFR/short.

  Already Reviewed, solid smoke. A little spice but smooth.

  Age Rest: 54 Days Pre-light: A barn aroma is the most noticeable, a note of spice is also present. The wrapper is dark and rich, noticeable veins and tight seams. A decent sized triple cap. The Toast: Carefully toasted the foot with a triple torch. A nice even toast on the foot. The Draw: The draw is spot on for 85% off the draws, every so often a draw doesn't produce as much smoke. The Burn: It needed a little touch up in the first inch. Needed a couple more touch ups in each third and a relight near the end of the second third. The First Third: A smooth feeling with a medium to full density smoke. Flavours of leather, woodiness and a spice - the spice on the tongue in different to the spice on the lips. In the lips it has the cinnamon hearts feeling. The Second Third: The spice fades a little but still present, an earthy body develops in place of the leather. Still present is the woodiness. The Final Third: The flavours really mellow but the stick moves to what feels like a full bodied cigar. A light feeling in the head but not feeling sick. Overall: A pleasant surprise, the spice was a nice touch without being over the top. I may not seek this cigar out as a box purchase but in a sampler or as a package buy with the Double Connecticut I wouldn't shy away.
