  I guess this would be considered mild. Pretty flat in terms of flavor, though I just had a spicy Thai lunch. Won't buy another at $9+

  This stick had pepper start and carried an oak undertone,it then went slightly mild but only for a moment then returned with pepper. Over all an ok stick short and to the point!
