Pre-light: Lots of rich bakers chocolate, earth and woods. A beautiful dark rich wrapper, very good construction with a slight oily sheen. The Toast: Toasting was very easy, the foot toasted evenly with ease. The Draw: Loads of bitter bakers chocolate, turning faintly to a semi sweet finish. Notes of woods, earth and slight pepper. The draw was good through most of the stick, creating loads of flavourful smoke. The Burn: The burn was even through most of the cigar until the final third, a slight plug/build up caused an issue needing a relight to continue. The burn was a little uneven after the re-light but it self corrected. The First Third: Very strong flavour of bitter bakers chocolate resulting in a long bitter finish. I almost wanted to put the cigar down after an inch, the bitter bakers chocolate was so strong and long on the finish. At the mid of the first third the bitter bakers chocolate eases and notes of earth and woody tones emerge. The Second Third: The same consistent earthy, woody and bakers chocolate continue, the finish is a little bitter with a very slight pepper. Some notes of sweet sneak through from time to time. The Final Third: The smoke started to heat up a little due the relight, the bitter bakers chocolate continues to fade but is still very much present. More notes of earth and wood are present on the finish. Overall: The cigar was very bitter at the start but after hanging in there it was a good cigar overall but not great. I don't think I'd buy this cigar in more than a 5 pack.

Harsh from start to finish. Ceder and leather with pepper. Tried...will not buy.
