The Mason-Dixon Project

4.3★★★★★4.3· 6 ratings

The release comes in two regional blends, ‘Southern’ and ‘Northern,’ both hailing from the revered My Father Cigars factory under the watchful eye of Don ‘Pepin’ Garcia. ‘Northern’ comes in a dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. Beneath lies bold and refined Nicaraguan long-fillers resulting in a medium to full-bodied journey chock-full of pepper, espresso and a captivating sweet-spiciness. The ‘Southern’ variety substitutes the Connecticut Broadleaf for an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf. Nicaraguan long-fillers plump up the vitola to a dense 52 ring gauge and give way to notes of spice, nuts, and cedar. Finally, the next great American duo has surfaced, going by the name of The Mason-Dixon Project LE 2014.
