Age/Rest: 383 Days Pre-Light: A rough looking presentation with a unique touch, the cigar is wrapped in a tobacco leaf which is very pliable. The cigar itself is a smooth almost buttery feel with it's satin like finish in a light tan colour. The aromas aren't overpowering but there's hay, grass, aged tobacco and light sweetness. Looks like a large triple cap, tight seams and small veins. The Toast: A decent toast time using my Eagle Torch with minimal breeze. The Draw: A little on the loose side to start, I usually need to double puff 6x60 cigars and this one pulls smoke easily but a couple puffs in and the need to double puff has started between resting points. The Burn: A really good burn through the first third, a nice even burn line. A great burn through the first two thirds. The final third, a few issues popped up though, needed a couple re-light. The First Third: Right away a thick creamy (texture) smoke, a sweetness to start, then into grass and aged tobacco. A couple puffs in and a little peppery earth shows up on the finish, dances on the tongue but not hitting the back of the throat! The Second Third: The smoke is more airy than before, still a creaminess (texture) but more light feeling. Still a sweetness undertone to the flavours, the grass has given way to smooth tobacco taste and a touch of pepper on the finish, the pepper stays on the tongue. The Final Third: Mild, grass and hay with a touch of sweet nuts, slight aged tobacco and just a little touch of pepper of the finish - still just on the tongue. Overall: A nice mild cigar for the morning even considering its size. I would buy a fiver of this size or try a smaller size before a box purchase, smoked with a black coffee.

First 1/3 was very spicy. As it burned down the spice mostly disappeared and became somewhat sweet. Burned even throughout.
  • It was the maduro which is my favorite one

Love the leaf packaging. This was the Connecticut wrapper. Mild. Nott quite high end, but second half was creamy and caramely. whatever. Liked it.

The most unique cigar ive ever had im my life. The cigar looks ugly as hell at first sight, that's because its fully wrapped in a tobacco leaf. You unroll the casing like a tootise roll, only to reveal an amazing premium cigar thats well presented and preserved by its organic wrapper. It had a smooth consistent burn and i was able to get a 3 inch ashtrail before i flicked it. Tasted great, complexed and premium after taste. These sticks are hard to find, but when you seen them, pick up one of each wrapper: Corona, maduro, sumatra, and one other. (Whiskey block at the moment) 5 stars all day!
