Free accounts
SocialHumidor accounts are free. There's nothing to cancel — but if you want your data removed, see closing your account below.
Lounge subscriptions
Premium lounge listings (when offered) renew monthly or yearly. You can cancel renewal at any time from your billing portal — your listing stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time.
For refund requests on disputed charges, email [email protected] with the invoice number — we read every one.
Closing your account
Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. We will remove your humidor, ratings, reviews, and follows within seven days. Cigars and lounges you contributed to the catalogue stay so others can keep finding them — your handle is replaced with deleted user.
