1 · The short version
SocialHumidor is a tobacco product platform. It is restricted to adults of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content, conduct, or contact that exploits or endangers minors. We act fast, we report, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
2 · Who can use SocialHumidor
You must be at least the legal age for tobacco use where you live — 18 in most jurisdictions, 21 in the United States and a growing number of others. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or interact with the service. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete the data per the data deletion policy.
3 · Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on SocialHumidor:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including photographs, illustrations, computer-generated imagery, written descriptions, or any other depiction of the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Sexualization of minors, including suggestive or sexualized depictions of children, regardless of source or medium.
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to engage minors in sexual communication or to elicit sexual content from minors.
- Trafficking, exploitation, or any conduct that endangers a child.
- Sharing personally identifying information about a minor.
- Promoting, glorifying, or normalizing any of the above.
4 · How to report
If you encounter any suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation on SocialHumidor — a profile, a review, a photo, a message, or a comment — report it immediately. There are two ways:
- In-app: use the "Report" option on any profile or piece of user content. Reports flagged under "Child safety" are routed to a dedicated review queue and acted on with priority.
- By email: send a message to [email protected]. Include the URL or username, a brief description, and (if relevant) screenshots. We acknowledge every report within 24 hours.
For emergencies — if you believe a child is in immediate danger — contact local law enforcement first, then notify us.
5 · Our response
On confirmed CSAM or exploitation:
- The content is removed within 24 hours of confirmation, often much sooner.
- The account is permanently terminated. The user is banned from the platform; we retain a hashed identifier to prevent re-creation.
- For matters that fall under U.S. jurisdiction, we file a CyberTipline report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Where applicable, we report to other competent authorities (Internet Watch Foundation in the UK, INHOPE network partners elsewhere) and cooperate fully with law enforcement requests backed by valid legal process.
- Evidence is preserved per the requirements of applicable law.
6 · Detection
User photos uploaded to SocialHumidor are scanned against industry-standard hash databases of known CSAM. Profile and review text is screened by automated content classifiers and human review. Detection is paired with the response process above — automation flags; humans confirm and act.
7 · Point of contact
Designated child-safety contact for SocialHumidor:
- Email: [email protected]
- Operator: André Lambelet, SocialHumidor (Switzerland).
- Legal process / law-enforcement requests: [email protected] with subject Legal request. We require valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or MLAT equivalent) before disclosing user data, except for emergencies involving imminent risk of serious bodily harm or death to a minor.
