  Start : 21:05 Finish : 22:15 Pairing with: Ben Bracken Islay 1/3: leather, caramel, toast 2/3: floral, leather, chocolate 3/3: nutty, leather, toast Lights up real nice with just the right amount of drag resist. 1/3 is easy to get accustomed to. Really similar to H. Upmann No.2 in taste and texture. Bit on the bitter side. Great construction. Nice Pairing. Definitely need to pair with an Islay like H Upmann no2. 2/3 burns flawlessly and evenly, effortless drag. Silky smooth with floral notes coming through in 2/3 and nut dominant in 3/3. Great cigar.

  The medium-bodied Diplomáticos No. 2 lacked the complexity of flavours which I would have preferred. This Piramide featured a very consistent profile of aged tobacco, leather and a hint of pepper. An even burn with a slightly tighter draw than what I have experienced with other cigars. 1 hour 15 minutes.

  Firm to touch with a toasted marshmallow wrapper. Cold draw tasted of fudge. Tight draw, but sweet and creamy for first third with a smooth taste of marzipan. Middle third had bitter almond flavours with an undercurrent of blackcurrants and leather. Final third taste of rum soaked fruits and mulled cider. Intense toffee flavours. Ninety minute smoke. Scored 9.5 out of 10.

  Deuxième vitole fumée sur ce lot. Encore une fois trop serré. Très arômatique, même si je ne suis pas capable de décrire les arômes ressentis. Le tirage s'améliore en "massant" le module entre la tête et la moitié mais ce n'est pas formidable... Sur un Havana Club 7 ans.
