Quite a strong cigar will full flavour, at least 90 mins of smoking time. Impeccable build and draw. TONS of smoke. Paired it with Laphroaig 10, deserves a proper strong Highland instead. chestnut heavy throughout with sour, almost lemon like undertones. 2nd third introduces standard Montecristo leather to the palate. Great cigar, but definitely needs to be smoked in at least two sittings, over 2-2,5 hours.

This was truly, a spectacular smoke. Classic leather and cream heavy Upmann taste. The build was so even all throughout the smoking experience, so was the amount of smoke and flavour. I wonder if all Magnum s are like this... definitely a repeat buy. 5/5

was too drunk to really take a detailed note, but it was really, really good. Peaty, nutty and liquorice heavy, amazing smoke quality. Impeccable burn. at least an 8 out of 10.

Start: 00:25 Finish: 01:15 Pairing with : whiskey sours cocktail 1/3: toast, salt, nutty 2/3: toast, salt, nutty 3/3: toast salt nutty Very light in the first third, typical Libertador taste, nut dominant. Drag is nice but since this is a massive Churchill, first third being light is to be expected. Toasty undertones. Two third and last third were much stronger to smoke with so much more smoke output. The taste has been quite consistent throughout. Impeccable build quality, burns like a champ. Rating: 7/10

Started at : 14:45 Finished at: 15:45 Pairing with: nothing Strength: 1/3: Average 2/3: Average 3/3: average-strong Flavours: 1/3: woody, coffee, cream, leather 2/3: liquorice, cream, nutty 3/3: cream, nutty, liquorice Real easy light up and draw, very good construction and effortless smoking. Coffee undertones with cream dominant on the palate. Starts getting sour a but towards the end of 1/3. Doesn't clog up and tighten like most Partagas. 2/3 changes into more sour tones, yet still creamy, as the oils keep building up which is pleasant. This could be best paired with a light creamy drink, like a white Russian with cream. Towards the end of the 2/3, the build up is getting strong! Can't smoke as quick as 1/3, but still a pleasurable aftertaste. 3/3 maintains the tastes from 2/3, but more sour. Best to take short and gentle draws. Smoked until the band, which was bit more than enough as this is a medium strength cigar.

Start: 22:50 Finish: 00:35 Pairing with : Ben Bracken Highland 1/3: floral, toasty, caramel 2/3: cream, floral, vanilla 3/3: toasty, molasses, floral, bitter Good drag, even build, satisfying construction. First 3rd is very floral with creme & caramel undertones. Very light smoke. Second third gets even lighter surprisingly, the aroma is almost fading, but still enjoyable. Burns really evenly with effortless drag. 3rd 3rd is more bitter than 1st and 2md third combined. Toasty aromas come forward with bitter oil buildup.

Start : 21:05 Finish : 22:15 Pairing with: Ben Bracken Islay 1/3: leather, caramel, toast 2/3: floral, leather, chocolate 3/3: nutty, leather, toast Lights up real nice with just the right amount of drag resist. 1/3 is easy to get accustomed to. Really similar to H. Upmann No.2 in taste and texture. Bit on the bitter side. Great construction. Nice Pairing. Definitely need to pair with an Islay like H Upmann no2. 2/3 burns flawlessly and evenly, effortless drag. Silky smooth with floral notes coming through in 2/3 and nut dominant in 3/3. Great cigar.

Start: 21:00 Finish: 21:30 Pairing with : Ben Bracken islay 1/3: bitter, Cinnamon, salty (oak, bitter, vanilla) 2/3: oak, salty, bitter 3/3: toasty, bitter, walnuts Good drag, even build, satisfying construction. First 3rd is quite salty with bitter and cinnamon undertones. Mid Strength. 2/3 is less bitter with oak developing slowly. Decent oil build up and perfect construction 3/3 is toasty, much easier to smoke towards the end surprisingly, literally plumes of smoke. Even burn through and through.

Start: 17:15 End: 18:20 Pairing with: tripel karmeliet Strength: 1/3: Average 2/3: Average 3/3: heavy Taste: 1/3: cream, leather, umami 2/3: cream, bitter, leather 3/3: Notes: Super easy smoke, delicious as fuck, construction is so far so good, even burn, cream heavy 1/3rd. Construction is really good, never had to light up once or use the draw tool. This stick had been resting for 6 months in the humidor, longer the better. 2nd third is more butter, but still cream dominant. 3/3 is more bitter, but burn is still even. ???? Probably the best cigar I have ever smoked. Definitely need to pair with a heavy, mouthful drink. Not a novice cigar. 10/10

Time started: 15:50 Time finished: 16:44 Pairing with : efes frederik ipa Strength 1/3: average 2/3 : Average 3/3: strong Flavour: 1/3: vanilla, nuts, leather 2/3: molasses, charcoal, liquorice 3/3: pepper, leather, vanilla Good construction and even burn. Vanilla and nuts heavy 1/3rd, but poor draw. Had to use the draw tool twice. 2/3 us forgiving and a bitter dominant taste comes through as oils build up. Collapses a bit. 3/3 is strong with pepper tones dominant.
