  Pre-light this cigar had aromas of heavy in leather, cedar and bourbon. Upon lighting the leather remained and was accompanied by a lot of spice. The spice died down after about 3/4 of an inch of burn, leaving heavy leather and wood flavors behind, which were quite pleasant. This is a full bodied cigar, and not for the faint of heart. Construction was beautiful with an almost velveteen wrapper. the draw was very smooth, and the smoke was rich and creamy. Overall an amazing smoke.

  Medium to full-bodied. Cold draw was very earthy, reminiscent of wet leaves and dirt. Once lit, the first 1/4 inch of burn was VERY strong, with a lot of pepper and tannin. After that, however, the cigar really opened up with flavors of unsweetened chocolate, leather, cedar. On retrohale there was also a hint of nutmeg and cardamom. All of this was balanced out by a little bit of tannin that cleared the palate between each puff.
